What a lovely surprise (and probably the best thing to arrive by mail ever) - vegan chocolate cake!
Lots of packaging to help it arrive in perfect condition, but all of the packing materials are compostable (I read on their website: vegancakedirect).
Beautifully presented with purple paper and raffia. Brilliantly decorated with purple and pink flowers and even a hand written card to say who the present was from.
It was the best vegan chocolate cake I had ever tasted. My quest is now to find a vegan chocolate cake recipe that is as chocolaty and as moist as this one. Oh what a quest, if only I'd thought of it earlier ;).
Thank you! - you know who you are. Did I mention that I, like the Queen, now have at least two birthays a year!
